Sattva People Consultancy

HR Consultancy and Employee Relations Support for Growing Organisations

Sattva People Consultancy is a UK-based human resources, employee relations and organisational development consultancy, supporting companies and individuals to build healthier, more conscious ways of working with their teams.

We work across the UK, US, Europe, Ireland and India, partnering with business leaders, people managers, teams, and employees to navigate growth, complexity, and challenge with care and integrity.

Our work brings together human resources and culture expertise with wellbeing, mindfulness, and holistically informed leadership. We believe that business success and human success are inseparable, and that workplaces thrive when people are supported as whole humans, not managed as resources.

Expert HR consultancy and coaching services to strengthen leadership, improve performance and create high performing, people focused organisations.

At Sattva People Consultancy, we understand that:

Chartered HR consultancy providing employee relations, workplace investigations, leadership coaching and strategic people support across the UK.
People do their best work when they feel safe, valued, and heard.

Our work is calm, thoughtful, and deliberately paced. We value depth over volume, trust over speed, and integrity over noise.

Cultural awareness, spirituality and mindfulness shape how we work, but never what others are expected to believe. All our work is inclusive, non-dogmatic, and grounded in professional human resources and organisational development standards.

Our focus is always on fairness, dignity, and ethical responsibility, particularly in moments of uncertainty or change.

We support organisations to design people and human resources strategies, leadership practices, and cultures that enable sustainable performance and genuine wellbeing. We also provide independent, confidential support to employees navigating complex or difficult workplace situations.

We work in four ways, each designed to meet organisations and individuals where they are and provide the right level of support at the right time.

What is Sattva?

Sattva People Consultancy is informed by the principle of Sattva which is a Sanskrit term meaning purity, goodness, light, and essence. In Hindu and yogic philosophy, it describes one of the three fundamental qualities of human experience, alongside rajas (activity and drive) and tamas (inertia and heaviness).

Sattva represents balance, harmony, clarity, and truth, so it is associated with calm awareness, ethical action, and a state of being that supports wisdom, contentment, and growth.

Traditionally, sattva is cultivated through mindful living, reflection, selfless action, and care for oneself and others and this principle shapes how we work, with steadiness rather than reactivity, clarity rather than noise, and care rather than force. It reflects an intention to support people and organisations to act thoughtfully, responsibly, and with integrity.
